Payment Terms
All goods and/or services supplied by The Global Baskt are strictly on a payment in full, upfront basis.
No order will be processed, dispatched, or scheduled for production until full payment has been received and cleared into our nominated bank account.
Pricing & Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 20 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices are exclusive/inclusive of GST (as applicable) and may be subject to change without notice prior to payment being received.
Order Acceptance
Orders are deemed confirmed once payment in full has been received.
The Global Baskt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is not made in accordance with these terms.
Delivery & Lead Times
Lead times commence only after payment in full has been received and cleared.
While every effort will be made to meet agreed delivery dates, The Global Basktis not liable for delays outside of its control.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders cancelled after payment has been made may be subject to cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits to cover costs already incurred.
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law .
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of all goods remains with The Global Basktuntil full payment has been received.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery/pick-up of goods.
Variation to Terms
The Global Baskt may vary these Terms of Trading at any time, provided written notice is supplied prior to order confirmation.periores repellat.
